How does it work?

If you need a quick property clearance, we can sometimes arrange it for the next day or we arrange a suitable time for you. How do you ensure the process is respectful?

Our team is trained to handle all belongings with the utmost respect and sensitivity. We understand there are sometimes emotional challenges involved and aim to provide a service that is sensitive in the handling of belongings to be cleared.

How much will it cost?

Many of our customers are surprised to hear, that in most cases, we will pay you for the clearance. Every clearance is unique, and we recycle, reuse and donate items where appropriate. Depending on the value and volume of items to clear, there are three ways we may charge: we pay you – you pay us – or in some cases we do it for free!

How do you handle valuable or sentimental items?

We work closely with families to identify any items of sentimental or monetary value. These items can be set aside for the family to keep, or we can arrange for sale against the cost of the clearance.

What happens to the items removed from the property?

Items of any value will offset any costs for the clearance or tip fees. We also recycle and dispose of unsalvageable items in an environmentally responsible way.

How quickly can you complete a garage / shed clearance?

We aim to be as accommodating as possible and can usually start within a few days to a week after being contacted. The duration of the clearance depends on the size of the property and the amount of contents.
